20-minute Seated Arm Strengthening Workout

Sit or Stand for this 20-minute workout aimed at strengthening your arms and shoulders.

You will need a fitness band - I have posted a link to the one I am using below the video.; If you want a harder workout you can either shorten your band (lengthen to make it easier) or move onto the green band ( in this range )
