20-minute upper back & shoulder flexibility workout.

Today's workout is aimed at improving flexibility in the upper back and shoulders.


You will need a Pilates mat or other soft surfact to lie on, a small towel & an approx. 2"/5cm Pilates Block, book or larger rolled up towel to support your head, whilst side lying.
