20-minute beginners chair workout

Today's workout is mainly aimed at working legs and feet. You will need a sturdy chair and a fitness band - if you don't have one, I have put a link to the band I am using below the video - this is marked light - if you prefer a harder workout the medium is the green band in this brand.
