Healthier versions of everyday recipes from Kim's Kitchen

  • I try to give you recipes that you can adapt to your own taste.  You will rarely find bell peppers or cucumber in my recipes as they disagree with me, but feel free to add them if it feels right.

  • I try to avoid ingredients that are hard to source and I don't assume that everyone can afford to buy grass-fed beef and organic vegetables.

  • Whatever reason you may be trying to cut down on meat, be it cost, health or  ethical concerns, many of these recipes included no or limited animal products, replacing some of the meat with vegetables or nuts.
