
Class Schedule
Our classes in Stonehouse are, and always have been, small group sessions to allow for more personalisation of your workouts. We will continue to stick to 'social distancing' numbers and spacing once restrictions are removed.
Please be aware that other class members may be vulnerable or live with others who are so please respect this and give others space if you attend our sessions.
All sessions/courses need to be pre-booked. Please contact me prior to booking if you are a new client. (chat button at bottom of page).
Generally courses need to be booked in full, however I am happy to have PAYG clients who are regular attendees but work shifts. Please contact me to discuss your needs.

Pilates was developed by German-born Joseph Pilates, who believed mental and physical health were closely connected.
Regular Pilates can improve posture, muscle tone, balance and joint mobility, as well as relieve stress and tension.
Our classes are suitable for older adults, larger adults and beginners. A maximum of 8 per class. 6-week block
