Last session Friday 17th May.

The Friday 9:30am class is aimed at more experienced exercisers, and you will need to easily get up and down from the floor.

Part courses can be booked at a cost of £12 per session, but must be booked at the start of the courses, minimum 3 weeks (£36). This needs to be agreed with me prior to booking and is only availble in courses that are not already fully booked.

If you have any health issues you may need medical clearance before joining the class and all will need to complete a ParQ (Physical Readiness Questionaire) prior to attending the first session.

Pilates Mat classes 

Tueday am. gentler class - chair used for support when needed (full ?)

Thursday pm, aimed at fitter 30+, 40+ 50+  (Full)

Friday 9.30 am, aimed at fitter 50+, 60+ (Limited space)

Pilates Chair/Standing class

Friday 10:45-11:45am, no floor/mat work

Priority is always given to current members, if you are interested in a class please

contact me with your contact number so I can speak to you to ensure you are put

on the correct waiting list.

Small Classes for a more personalised workout

Our Pilates classes in Stonehouse are, and always have been, small group sessions to allow for more personalisation of your workouts and plenty of space to exercise.

The Tuesday class is suitable for beginners, older adults and those needing exercises to be adapted.  You do need to be able to get down onto the floor (even if you need extra time to do so). 

 

The Friday class at 10:45 is chair and standing only (so you don't need to get down onto the floor).

 

The Thursday evening and Friday 9:30am class are amied at more experienced exercisers, and you will need to easily get up and down from the floor.

Please be aware that other class members may be vulnerable or live with others who are so please respect this and give others space if you attend our sessions.

Generally courses need to be booked in full, however I am happy to have PAYG clients who are regular attendees but work shifts.  Please contact me to discuss your needs.
